3. Assure of selecting the resumes that is matched with the job recruitment
a. Assure applicants are in compliance with position basic requirements through the resume screening and phone screening.
4. Facilitate and simplify the recruitment activities for other departments
a. Summarizes resumes for easier evaluation by the departmental heads
5. Recruitment bottom line focus
a. Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
6. Compliance with policies and procedures
a. Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
b. Conduct a self-audit to make sure of compliance.
a. Generates recruitment related reports which include but not limited to:
i. Regular report clarifying where we stand regarding each position. “Recruitment YTD”
ii. Measuring for the recruitment progress on timely manner.
iii. Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants.
iv. Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies.
