1. Define a fair and competitive total compensation and benefits package.
a. Conduct salary survey.
b. Conduct job evaluation.
c. Build salary structure.
d. Build grading system.
e. Approves exceptions in the compensation of the individual employees according to AGM policies and procedures.
f. Choose and manage outside partners such as benefits vendors and investment brokers
g. Developing competitive benefit packages
2. Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
a. Suggest improvement to the compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
b. Looking to the integrated solution that serves AGM vision by balance between the required objective by AGM and the requirement of the employees/ candidates
3. Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
a. Assure accurate and timely transfer for employee’s compensations and benefits.
4. Assure legality compliance
a. Assure the legality of our taxes and social insurance deduction
5. Manager Medical insurance
a. Create and delete medical insurance card according to AGM policies and procedures.
b. Interfere with medical insurance regarding any employee related matter.
c. Conduct an annual survey regarding the most suitable medical service provider in the market.
6. Manage Bank relation issues
a. Open bank account for new employees.
b. Manage any bank related matter.
a. Conduct several reporting as required which include but not limited to:
i. Compensation report.
ii. Benefits report.
iii. Changes has been occurred in the compensation and benefits.
iv. Total manpower of AGM/ Company/Department/ section.
8. Offer letter
a. Prepare offer letter according to AGM policies and procedures.
a. Compliance with AGM compensation policies and procedures.
