• Answering phone calls

• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

• Typing and preparing reports

• Arrange training for staff members

• Organize and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information

• Operates office equipment such as computers, fax machines, photocopiers, voice mail

• Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email

• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems

• Prepares detailed presentations and reports as required by the Manager or designate
