Develops engaging, creative and innovative content for posts that are regularly scheduled which grab the audiences’ attention and promotes brand focused messages.
Duties, tasks and responsibilities:
• Coordinate social media messaging with advertising department, brand managers and company goals.
• Analyzes social media campaigns by using tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines, coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns or other brand messages.
• Develops reports on competitors’ activity within social media spaces.
• Track relevant social media influencers for the company so that they can enhance the company’s overall brand reputation and extend their reach through these influencers.
