Responsible for setting up and expanding a network of new leads to achieve sales targets set by the company (residential/retail/commercial).
Duties, tasks and responsibilities:
• Generate new leads to build and expand the company clients’ database and network.
• Manage clients closely throughout sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
• Identify and engage ambassadors, brokers and agents.
• Follow and report competitors’ actions and other market activities.
• Participate and develop new accounts, generate sales quotes, and handle customer inquiries to help service customers and grow business.
• Build strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention and ensure resolution of customer complaints and queries
