The Executive is expected to manage specific elements within the client account that corresponds to the creation of engaging Arabic and English content, community management to sustain an enterprising customer experience and brand satisfaction. The Executive is expected to proactively research and keeps up to date with social media trends to enhance the effectivity of campaigns and develops monthly ad campaign performance and competitor reports.
Responsible for effective community management across the client’s social media channels
Develop Arabic and English social media content calendars
Execute the approved social media campaign concepts by bringing the social media bilingual content calendars to life in English and Arabic.
Work closely with different teams to take social media campaigns live and implement approved media plans promotion
Liaise with the in-house creative team and external creative partners on producing / editing / and localizing of visual and video assets
Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Manipulate available tools easily with the aim to eventually draw insights and build strategies
Maintain open communication with clients to effectively communicate campaign progress and performance as well as respond timely to inquiries concerning a client’s social media channels.
Maintain an active interest in learning social media trends and technology trends to enhance customer brand experience.
University degree in multimedia/advertising/mass communication
0 – 2 years of hands-on social media experience
Prior FMCG experience or eagerness is valuable
Prior experience or eagerness to work with Creatives and basic knowledge in
Animation/Graphic Design/Photography is useful
