  • Handle customer inquiries and request.
  • Deliver good customer experience.
  • Book tickets, hotel, and packages for the customers.
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and provide alternatives for them.
  • Handle escalation cases.
  • Work on the off line work baskets.
  • Educate the customer on how to use the system.
  • Make sure to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Cross-selling.
  • Escalate any issue to the appropriate department.
  • Meet profit and sales targets.
  • Record and share an appropriate channel of communication in order to help to improve his colleagues.
  • Identify gaps in the process
  • Handle any pending issues as refund, booking and payment issues.
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
