Assists Category Manager in developing and implementing brand(s) strategy and plans on an ongoing basis
• Helps in delivering brand(s) business objectives in terms of market share, sales volume, brand revenue and profit growth
• Monitors and tracks brand(s) performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Executes campaigns and marketing activities
• Conducts market visits to check new products in the market, competitors’ actions, evaluate distribution and availability, etc.
• Analyses sales figures, providing presentations/reports with detailed findings and recommended actions
• Analyses retail audits and works on detailed presentations/reports showing market size, market shares, distribution, etc. analysis
• Implements, reviews and evaluates the brand plan in line with the brand strategy, covering brand communication, promotions, consumer insight, pricing strategy and product development
• Manages marketing agencies
• All other tasks cascaded from management
