• Provides visitors with reliable information regarding product specifications, suitability and availability.
• Maintains product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to visitors.
• Handles the flow of customers and visitors through the showroom, ensures that all responsibilities are completed accurately, professionally and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to the regulations.
• Monitors visitor access and maintain safety awareness
• Answers phone calls and replies to customers inquires
• Handles complaints and ensures resolving any customers’ issues.
• Monitors team’s performance
• Prepares daily maintenance schedules.
• Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
