1. Receives sales requests from sales members and initiates sales orders on the ERP.
2. Creates AR invoices and Follows-up the delivery of products via the warehouse team.
3. Follows up with warehouses
to deliver customer orders on time.
4. Processes purchasing
orders and ensures accurate records of processed orders..
5. Responds to all vendors inquiries/correspondence related
to processing and shipping the orders effectively.
6. Handles all communications with vendors
regarding missing, mismatched or back orders.
7. Follows up on shipments with clearance team until their arrival to company’s warehouses.
8. Maintains accurate records of
and delivery time and statues.
9. Analyzes sales patterns and inventory levels of existing stock.
10. Advises sales teams regarding items lead
time and delivery
