•Maintains staffing list by updating new hires, changes and terminations to ensure integrity and compliance of HR records and data.
•Participates in recruitment of personnel through, job posting, resume/candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Prepares and maintains employees’ files in appropriate areas for internal record keeping.
•Maintains annual & sick leaves for MC employees by recording the consumed holidays versus entitlement.
•Maintains the organizational charts of the different departments of the company.
•Prepares for new hires (sending offers and contracts’ signing) and employee exit processing and payroll administration.
•Administer and implement staff appraisals and profit sharing system according to company policy.
•Administer and implement staff development plans.
