[Assistant Restaurant Manager has the responsibility of managing daily operations tasks of a single restaurant, in accordance with company QSC standards by the Operations Manual, for an assigned shift.
• Manage the crew training program and responsible for restaurant personnel files.
• Assist restaurant manager to complete monthly restaurant reports.
• Training Service Experts and Manager Trainees.
• Assist restaurant manager in control P & L line items and helps to budget and control assigned tasks.
[Assist restaurant manager, on his assigned shift, to control and operate the restaurant to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness, product quality and customer service .
[Nature and Scope: This position, reports to the Restaurant Manager.
[Responsible for crew members, Service Experts and Shift Supervisors.
[He is expected to work well under pressure.
[Supervise staff in food items preparation to ensure that quality & hygiene standards are maintained regularly ·
[Supervise staff in using both equipment, stock inventory and cash to provide accurate data needed for ordering supplies and identify shortages & overages ·
[Provide employees with 4 step training method in all areas, including food preparation, sanitation, proper appearance, customer courtesy and suggested selling techniques.
[Evaluate employee performance & recommend appropriate action to the restaurant manager ·
[Assist restaurant manager to ensure that security systems relating to cash, stock assets are effectively implemented and maintained ·
[ Update the stock level chart by accurately calculating the level according to sales data of the restaurant to be posted & followed as part of day to day operation ·
[Takes decisions during assigned shifts related to restaurant operations that are within established operating policy.
