Execute annual bonus and any compensations calculations

Responsible for employee
final payment settlements

Prepare monthly payroll
reports

Responsible for the
monthly income taxation calculation of the company

Handling Social Insurance
and Medical insurance problems
· 
Responsible for the
disciplinary actions according to the labor law in the company

· 
Calculate/pay the monthly
social insurance payment

· 
Update and maintain
employee’s data base

· 
update organization chart

· 
Monthly IS reporting
(Headcount, Vacancies, Turnover, Finance obligations, etc…)

· 
Continuously observing
and follow up the Manpower plan as to following up manpower needs
proportional
· 
With recruitment section.

· 
preparing the job offers

· 
Ensuring annually
Performance review process

· 
provide with Laborers sub
contractors (outsourcing)
· 
Responsible for
recruiting the post of laborers in the company.
